Because our focus is primarily on the High-end Professional and Enthusiast Photographer, we have time to devote to each individual customer. Starting off by getting ink flows accurate and completely consistant, we then carefully take each printer to a certified accuracy in colour, monochrome, density and curve charecteristic. Once we know the printer is perfect for output on day one, we then undertake to monitor performance every six months - all provided free of charge!
