We are a family run business withover 30years experience. We understand the sensitive and emotive nature of having work done in your home and the disruption it may cause. Based on this and for your piece of mind we have established a Working Charter.

We will always return your call and answer all questions and queries honestly and openly

We shall endeavor to cause as little disruption as possible

You will be issued a Project manager who you will meet at the initial enquiry stage, this keeps the continuity and ensure everything is done as discussed

You will be assigned a team or 2/3 tradesmen on the day of commencement who will stay with you until the job is finished (one is the project manager you would already of met)

We dont pull staff between jobs, they are with you from beginning to end

On confirmation of order you will recieve a confirmed start date and time

We will give you a fixed price quotation meaning no nasty surprises
