General information
Our vision is of a community where people talk openly about dying, live well until the end of their lives, & where nobody dies alone, afraid, or in pain.
We provide specialist care for people with any progressive and advanced disease. Patients with uncontrolled symptoms or psychological distress are referred to us by their GP, or by another healthcare professional.
We offer our care through many different services, including our Inpatient Unit, our Hospice at Home team, our Wellbeing Centre, a 24/7 nurse-led support line, & a counselling and bereavement support service.
Our hospice is open to the public too! We have a wonderful, warm & welcoming café at the heart of our hospice which is open every day from 8.30am to 5pm. We hope that you'll come in, enjoy a cuppa & some delicious food, & start to think differently about hospices.
