General information

With an amazing sailing area on the river Thames, fantastic modern club house (with plenty of hot water), the latest training boats and friendly members, EYC is the best place to learn how to sail and continue to develop your skills on the water.

Weekly sailing and training activities take place over the weekends throughout the year with a dedicated Junior & Youth Sailing (JYS) session available on Sundays.

Regular racing and river trips ensures that there is something for everyone to do at the club.

Run by volunteers, we need everyone to play their part in all aspects of club life and activities. New volunteers are always encouraged and we provide water-based training courses for all new club members.

Membership is free for under 25s who take part in regular sailing activities and play an active role within the club.

For adults, there are full and family memberships available to suit your needs.

If you would like to come down and visit us, please feel free to come down on a Sunday lunch time when the club will be open (and the bar) and speak to the Officer of the Day who will take you on the grand tour and provide you with all the information you need!
