Two fantastic properties that can be rented together for large groups or separately. Both are adjoining luxury holiday properties set high on a stunning spot in Crail with uninterrupted views to the sea and Isle of May.

Crail is the oldest and the most photographed of the East Neuk villages. Indeed there's no doubt that Crail is one of the most picturesque and charming fishing villages you’ll ever visit.

Located only 10 mins drive from St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh, Crail makes a great base for a holiday in Fife and despite its proximity to the central belt of Scotland it couldn't feel further away from life's stresses and strains. Also on our door step are some of the world's oldest and top rated golf courses including Crail Golfing Society, Kingbarns and The Old Course at St Andrews.

Harbour House has plenty of space for up to 9 people to stay in style and comfort. The adjacent Harbour Cottage sleeps 2+2.

From all windows there are amazing views to be had both out to sea and over rooftops down to the harbour. It is a unique spot indeed.

Outside Harbour House there is a delightful garden with patio and seating and small shrub lined lawn. From here you can hear the waves lapping, take in the views to the harbour or out to sea or simple sit and do nothing!
