General information
The Salvation Army is a Christian church and charity organisation, known for seeking to serve others and put its faith into action.
We hold a Sunday worship meeting (service) every week at 10.45am where you can expect to hear a bible based message, musical contributions from our brass band, senior choir and junior singing group, and participate in congregational singing. The children have their own age appropriate teaching during the second half of the meeting.
A prayer meeting takes place at 10am before the main meeting and refreshments always follow the meeting.
Everyone is always welcome and we'd love to see you!
Our midweek activities currently include:
Monday 10am-12pm (term time) LITTLE GEMS TODDLER GROUP
Wednesday 7pm - 9.15pm MUSICAL REHEARSALS
Thursday 10am-1pm EMPLOYMENT PLUS JOB CLUB (access to laptops, job hunting advice and tea/coffee)
Friday 12.30pm (fortnightly) LUNCH CLUB FOLLOWED BY CAMEO (Friendship group)
