An exclusive Personal Training Studio in Midlothian for real women to come and train.
We offer timetabled Group PT sessions with a maximum of 4 women.This enables the sessions to be more focused and structured towards individual goals.
Along with this, we have our amazing transformation packages on a 121 / 122 ... basis for those wanting to train more intensely to really change their lifestyle with in depth guidance on nutrition and dietary analysis.
Venus is a place for women to train in a safe, fun and unintimidating environment. There are no egos at Venus, just continuous support and encouragement from ourselves and all the lovely Venus ladies :)
