General information
Music in Hospitals & Care aims to enhance the quality of life of adults and children with all kinds of illnesses and disabilities through the provision of live concerts, presented by professional musicians who are carefully selected following audition for their high standard of musicianship, communication skills and breadth of repertoire. We aim to reach as many people as possible and bring the often therapeutic benefits of live music to people who would otherwise have no access to cultural stimulus.
During 2016/17 we arranged 1,657 concerts in Scotland - that's an average of 138 concerts a month!
