General information
I have been self employed for 17 years as a counsellor, coach and holistic health practitioner, running my own private practice. I have extensive knowledge, experience and techniques to draw from to give effective help to people with all kinds of life challenges. I have trained in various therapeutic disciplines - Human Givens Counselling & Psychotherapy, Life Coaching, Stress Management, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique, Advanced Hypnotherapy & Hypno-Healing, Trauma Management, Reiki and Spiritual Healing.
I am also an experienced Reiki Teacher and Practitioner, practising Reiki and running Reiki workshops in Edinburgh for the past 17 years, and have taught Reiki, personal development and stress management to almost 1,000 students over the years. (see www.reikiedinburgh.co.uk for details)
