Carl Henry Property is focused on offsite modular construction and is committed to delivering homes in the UK; quicker, cheaper and better quality than has ever been available before. This will also impact positively on the rental sector, lowering rents due to the lower capital costs.
It is important to note that “affordable” housing does not necessarily mean council housing or keyworker housing – we simply aim to provide quality homes at a lower price using our brains and modern methods.
We have been researching the offsite modular construction techniques available throughout the UK and internationally, looking as far as China and Vietnam, to achieve these goals.
