General information
Currie Rugby Football Club was founded in 1970 by six founders. Bob Kirkwood, Jack Hogg, Roger Mclaren, Tom Chandler, David Bisset, Alex Galbraith.
Currie Rugby Club, based at Malleny Park have recently rebranded to play under the name 'Currie Chieftains'.
Currie Chieftains play at Currie Rugby Club and only the name of the playing teams have changed.
The club worked its way up through the ranks and today we sit in the BT Premiership with some outstanding talent coming through our grassroots.
