Unlike a lot of recruitment agencies, we don’t want to be all things to all people. We realise that you want to work with a recruitment agency who really understands what you do.

We call ourselves the Sales Recruitment Specialist for a reason. We’ve specialised in sales recruitment since our very first day of business, four years ago.

We’re not one of those faceless recruitment agencies that just want to match people with jobs and collect the commission.

We make sure we understand the needs of both the employers and potential employees, and we ensure that personalities, as well as CVs, match. We have enjoyed successful careers in sales; that's why we know what's required by both client and candidate.

Our up-front and honest approach has helped develop first-class relationships with key players within a range of technical sectors. We value the long-term relationships that we put in place with our clients and so we will not push candidates for jobs that we are not 100% sure they can successfully fulfil.
