My name is Clare Arnold and I have recently set up Clare Arnold Therapies in order to follow my passion for Holistic Complementary Therapies and to work more flexibly around childcare for my gorgeous wee boy.

I have over 20 years experience as a Nurse and Health Visitor. I enjoy working with people of all ages and stages.I believe a holistic approach to health and well-being can help you to to maintain a positive frame of mind and help you cope with life's difficulties. Complementary Therapies can reduce stress and tension, assist with pain relief, promote sleep, improve mental and emotional health, strengthen the immune system, improve circulation, helps detoxify the body, improve energy levels, assist you through difficult times and maintain health and well-being when all is well.

I first tried Complementary therapies when I experienced a very traumatic bereavement, it helped me to get through the depths of grief and become happy and whole again, along with the support of my GP, family and friends, yoga and running.

I have since used Complementary Therapies to maintain my well-being, help me through conception and pregnancy, to relax and unwind from a stressful work environment or to simply enjoy a treat and time to myself.

I love being able to help others feel relaxed, re-energised and re-balanced. I initially trained in Complementary Therapies to satisfy my curiosity and see if it would help friends and family. They all love it, including the pets!
