Venture Trust helps people going through difficult circumstances to make positive changes in their lives.

We run intensive personal development programmes using wilderness settings and activities, designed to support participants to build their confidence, learn new skills, spend time with others from similar backgrounds, and think about the future.

Venture Trust helps people recognise what they need to change; then gives them the confidence, motivation and life tools they need to make those changes. Our programmes give participants time and space in a wilderness setting, far away from the pressures of home, in which they are set physical, emotional and social challenges. These challenges, combined with long term support from our outreach workers, help participants to develop the skills they need to find a job, go back into education, increase their stability and develop more positive relationships with those around them.
