General information

AJS is a Scottish run family business that was established in 1993. Starting off in a small shop in Marchmont Edinburgh, we specialized in domestic TV and areial installations. As our business grew we felt the need to expand and opened more repair shops within the central region of Edinburgh.

As the turn of the century approached everything was about to change. The Digital revolution began, with broadcasting of Channel 5. A new era in TV viewing was here and everyone wanted to be part of it. This steered our business into a different direction and we found ourselves expanding rapidly, with the need for more engineers, vans and a larger equipped workshop. With this rapid development came a new and exciting customer base and we saw ourselves designing systems for local authority Multi storie buildings, hotels, pubs, nightclubs, detention centres, new building luxury apartments, large offices, consulate buildings and the armed forces etc. "We have even installed a Satellite system on a submarine".

We relocated to an industrial estate on the outskirts of Edinburgh in the Midlothian town of Loanhead and have never looked back. With the perfect unit located next to the city bypass we have widened our coverage area of our services.

Our goal is to focus on our customers needs and wants, by providing satisfaction with the growing choices that are available. We have dedicated ourselves to on-going training priding ourselves with our expert knowledge of products, tailor made systems and latest technology. We provide and advise on the best solutions and systems for each customer.
