My Approach:
My approach is to take time to thoroughly assess and listen to your symptoms as it is my belief that taking extra time at the initial stages will make for a more effective treatment and will allow you to reach your recovery goals as quickly as possible. I also look for the reasons behind injuries or pain to help prevent the problem recurring.

I offer a range of treatments depending on your needs including:

Monday 9am – 6pm
Friday 12.30pm – 6pm

About:
Stuart Millar (MCSP, HPC) graduated from Queen Margaret University with a BSc in Physiotherapy, having previously gained a degree in Sport, Health and Exercise. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HPC) (PH104493). Along with his own clinic work, Stuart also works as Head of Academy (Physiotherapy) for Dundee United Football Club Youth Academy.
