The Five Bells, Ringwould Company Information
General information
Having been built in 1729 as a farm, the pub was granted a full license in 1784 and has been selling beers, wines and spirits ever since. It was named ‘The Five Bells’ due to the five bells of St Nicholas Church in Ringwould. There are actually six bells, one from the 14th century, four dated 1638 and the last one added in 1957, hence the discrepancy with our name.
