South Yorkshire Housing Association has been delivering quality local living since 1972. Over 40 years later we’re still providing affordable housing; retrofitting, renovating, designing and building homes throughout the Sheffield city region. We have homes across South, West and North Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire which now totals nearly 5,700 properties. 1,700 of these households receive support from our LiveWell services which allow our customers to maintain a secure tenancy and live independently. Our work isn’t just about providing housing, we work with our customers to settle at home, live well and realise their potential.
