We have over the last 7 years worked with and continue to work with a number of Key clients. Our focus is on a flexible approach, delivering quality projects thus ensuring improved whole life costs. The value of the individual projects that we have successfully delivered has ranged from a few hundred pounds up to £2 million.

REFURBISHMENT
Auxilium specialise in the refurbishment of student accommodation, hotels, offices & individual residential properties. We pride ourselves in the fact that every single one of our refurbishment projects has been handed over on time and on budget.

FIT-OUT
We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in delivering bespoke fit-out projects. We have the in-house resources and expertise to take each project through from conception to completion with minimum disruption, maximum value and on time delivery.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Auxilium have many years of experience within the construction industry and have successfully project managed many projects for both large organisations and individual private clients.
