Walk The Landscape

General information

Walk the Landscape was founded by Anne Martis to share her passion and knowledge of the English landscape and countryside with fellow walkers.

We specialise in guided and self-guided walking holidays, tours and vacations in the Cotswolds and the Heart of England, especially for people interested in finding out more about the countryside, its history and nature, as they walk.

As well as our walking tour of the north Cotswolds, visiting famous towns and villages such as Stow-on-the-Wold, the Slaughters and Bourton-on-the-Water, our range of holidays include three National Trails; the Cotswold Way, the Ridgeway and the Thames Path from source to the Thames Barrier. We also offer the Oxfordshire Way, Shakespeare's Way and the Oxford Canal.

Many of the walking and hiking holidays we arrange are customised to meet the particular requirements of our customers. We have very high standards of customer service and aim to take the strain out of the organisation, leaving you to relax and enjoy the wonderful English countryside.

We arrange B&B accommodation in budget to luxury hotels, we organise luggage transfer and taxis where appropriate, and provide maps, walking directions and information on the places visited on the tours.

Some of our walking tours are dog friendly.

We also organise accommodation and luggage transfer other travellers such as cyclists, canoers and kayakers.
