The Core Zone, which is run by Shaena Bunnage IIHHT HFST DiP, acts as a base for local Instructors and Therapists. It has a fantastic team, that are all highly professional, friendly, have a great reputation and all bring a passion and wealth of knowledge to their work.
On offer to our clients is Classical Pilates, various Yoga techniques including pre/post natal, Pole Fitness and Zumba classes, 1 to 1 sessions, Mobiliser Clinic, Acupuncture, Hot Stone/Electro therapy and CACI non surgical face lifts.
