King and Woolley was established in 1990. Prior to this, the partners, Keith Woolley and David Bolton King had both worked for other firms in Oxfordshire. Indeed, between them they have in excess of 40 years experience.

With offices prominently situated in Banbury’s High Street, just down from The Cross, and in New Street, Chipping Norton, a busy thoroughfare, we are ideally situated to cover the local north and west Oxfordshire area as well as parts of South Northants and south Warwickshire. Regular advertising in both the Banbury and Oxford press is complemented by full colour listing on the major internet property portals as well, of course, as on this site.

Trading under the well-known name of Lester Land, we also have our own professional services department providing building surveys, homebuyer’s reports, formal valuations, etc. Lester Land is also one of the area’s few specialist Licensed Property surveyors.
