General information
I am a freelance Yoga and Pilates Teacher taking private classes in and around the Banbury area. I feel very passionately about sharing what I have been shown with others, knowing the benefits I have gained personally through my self practise of both Yoga and Pilates, whether it be stress relief through Yoga, or relief from back pain through Pilates. I teach childrens Yoga, which is an amazing experience. Children are very receptive and their energy is just amazing as they are so open. My training was with Yoga Bugs.
