Limpio Storage Solutions and latterly Limpio Facilities Management originally formed in 2002 to provide low cost, high quality archive and general storage services in the Gatwick area. Our aim is to offer our customers a fresh look at this frequently overlooked but vital support service and create a genuine value to business off site supplier. With year on year growth in area covered and related services LFM has grown to establish itself as a competitive, service driven, premium services provider for London and the South East that offers so much more!

Confidential Waste Services
In recent months we have expanded our CWD services and now offer our own high quality, secure cabinets, backed by our own direct, barcode tracked, collection service – we believe that LSS CWD Services are No1 for quality of service and value for money! All of the waste collected for destruction is tracked by our barcode system from your premises to the recycling centre and at no time is your confidential waste ever accessible by anyone other than our own staff. Also all of the waste sent for destruction is certificated and 100% recycled to ensure full compliance with your procedure and environmental policies. Our cabinets, supplied FOC, are very robust and are not subject to any tie in contracts or “additional extras” and we will service the bins, individually as required!
We also offer a comprehensive confidential destruction and recycling service for all
mass memory IT and communications equipment from a single hard drive or
telephone hand set to a data room full of 47u server racks! Our service includes full
serial number listing and certification of destruction for your audit files.

WeSort Recycling Services
As well as expanding our confidential waste destruction services we are also pleased to offer our own low cost, single point recycling service for cans, bottles (plastic and glass), cardboard, soft plastics (wrapping and packaging), paper,
magazines, newspapers, small batteries and lamps.
We understand that compliance to company and government environmental policies and guidelines can be difficult where space is tight and single item bins are not practical especially if there are low volumes of certain items for recycling. We will provide your office with a 100 litre lidded bin, clearly marked with the items you can dispose of for recycling. Our FOC bins are lined with a clear liner which is collected by our own couriers and transferred to our Gatwick depot for sorting and bailing prior to processing – even the liner is recycled! We also supply FOC our lidded, wheeled 1100 Litre bins for larger sites! Our contractors will then collect the prepared waste for transfer to the recycling centre. All of the waste sent for destruction is 100% recycled to ensure full compliance with your environmental policies and procedures, also we will provide you with a monthly summary report detailing the amount of carbon you have saved.

CAD services,moves and changes and IT migration

Full site surveys and AutoCAD services available. Location barcodes for floor area zones can be supplied and installed

Drawings can be populated with your listed asset tag numbers – operatives will use their barcode scanners to co-ordinate the relocation of the moved goods

Pre and post move surveys to ensure the correct location of your furniture and assets

All sizes of crates etc. supplied for rent including IT, A3 etc. All packaging consumablessupplied as required

All materials handling equipment supplied including cages, heavy goods lifters, stairwalkers etc.
