Between us (instructors) we have lost over 15 stones. Was it easy? Absolutely not, but with the support of each other and all our lovely members we did it, and you know what, we feel absolutely fabulous. Now, we know it's hard to walk through the door for the first time , you'll have all sort of thoughts going through your head : I'll be the biggest there, I won't know anyone, I have no co-ordination when exercising, what if I can't keep up? No need to panic, we really are a very friendly bunch, we're all there for the same reason : to get fit, to lose some weight, to gain confidence and to lead a happier lifestyle.
