For managed properties, our experienced team will regularly inspect your property and oversee the provision of a client’s safety obligations. Our accounts team can provide annual tax reports, giving you the chance to ‘let it and forget it’.

Buying and selling property at auction has numerous advantages; most popular being a quick and efficient sale and providing certainty in reducing the delay as the date of both the auction and completion of the sale are fixed.

Ridgeway have teamed up with local independent mortgage advisers, Carter Moore LLP and, to offer comprehensive and unbiased Independent Mortgage Advice.

EPC
(Energy Performance Certificates)

North Wilts Energy is our sister company and provide EPCs when you come to sell or let your property as this is now legally required. Development opportunities – land and new homes We are constantly on the search for land to develop. Sites could be for single units increasing up to an area suitable for an estate at locations anywhere in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.

Landowners
We will provide you with a free initial appraisal to discuss and investigate the further potential. The property could be a barn, derelict building, a former public house, a petrol station, a yard or a large garden.

Developers
We can advise on the projected value of a site, providing market research and resale recommendations. We will be happy to discuss arranging the staffing, advertising and PR, launch promotions and brochures. We can also gather market research from competing sites where applicable.
