Situated in the village of Rolleston On Dove on the outskirts of Burton on Trent, Ian Barker Butchers has been established for over 45 years.
We provide top quality traceable meats from local farms using traditional butchery methods.
All our animals are traditionally reared and slaughtered humanely and locally, ensuring the meat is as fresh as possible.
All our bacon is home cured, cooked meats, sausages and burgers are freshly prepared by hand on the premises and we also cook our own homemade pies daily.
Our aim is to provide our customers with a personal, individual service with a top quality product.
