We can offer you support with tooling design and manufacture, starting with the tooling design of your component through to final manufacturing.
Our machining centres –
- Three CMS 5 axis Routers, two 2.6 x 1.5 x 1.2m capacity Antares machines and one 4.8 x 1.8 x 1.2m capacity Ares machine.
- One DMU 65 Monoblock 5 axis machining centre – this machine offers high precision metallic machining capabilities as well as high end pattern production.
- One DMU 100T 5 axis machining centre offering precise pattern machining to tight tolerances.
The inspection is handled with our two inspection arms. Each part is inspected to the tolerances specified with the arms, and then visually inspected for true quality.
