The team at Lednor & Company is headed up by Andrew who has been in local estate agency since 1981.

He worked for two independent estate agents as well as Prudential Property Services in Bishop's Stortford and Thorley Park, then Woolwich Property Services in Harlow where he was promoted to be the area manager covering Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford and up to Haverhill. Therefore he has an extensive and far reaching knowledge of the area.

He joined the late Martyn Lednor as a partner of Lednor & Company in 1995 and their philosophy was to combine the best ideas from corporate and independent agencies backed up by a ‘state of the art’ computer system which allows us at Lednor & Company to access property and buyer information wherever we may be.

Over the last thirty years we have built up a name synonymous with honesty and reliability which has meant that clients return to us as well as recommending us to friends and family. Andrew is determined to build on this reputation by constantly striving to maintain the level of service that we offer our clients.
