Findtheneedle is owned by Alpha Publishing who started 15 years ago producing industry specific product card packs that were distributed at over 50 major trade shows throughout the UK.
Findtheneedle launched in June 2004 with Alpha Publishing feeling that it was the right time to publish its huge database of specialist industry contacts on the web. The name of course comes from the phrase looking for a needle in a haystack, it’s a bit different but we hope one that you are unlikely to forget.
The first company to agree to pay for a premium listing on the site was Atlantechs Limited. Since then over 5,000 companies now subscribe to the site and the number of staff has grown from the original 5 into a team of over 40 people.
