We understand that life is never predictable which is why we have a number of flexible packages available to meet your needs now and in the future. From as little as £20 per hour you could have a dedicated account manager, personalised call answering service and administration support. The only thing our Virtual Assistants can't do is bring you lunch....we can arrange for it to be delivered though!

With over 15 years of work experience within small, medium and large contact centre environments for companies such as RAC, The British School of Motoring (BSM) and Bank of Ireland. I have built significant and diverse experience. For example, for Contact Associates, I project managed the design, implementation and development of the new internal online CRM system, which delivered significant business enhancements and the ability to effectively manage a 30% increase in annual business levels without the company incurring additional resource costs. Whilst at Bank of Ireland i developed a training programme for my team to improve their overall knowledge and performance in customer service requirements.

My roles have predominantly been focused on the management and development of customer service and sales telephony teams. These roles have all included project management/support, sales and service process development, diary management, and account management as part of the day to day activity. I have had to draw on all of these skills whilst setting up Velox VA this year.
