I believe that every one of us can learn how to be happier and how to live a more personally fulfilled life. In order to do this we need to develop our ability to deal with life's challenges, master the skill of seeing things from a variety of perspectives, embrace self responsibility and build emotional resilience and hopefulness. Positive psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, NLP, coaching and IEMT are excellent modalities for enabling people to achieve those things in a relatively short period of time.

Over the years I have had the privilege of working with thousands of clients with a huge variety of issues and goals. I am passionate about approaching each client as a unique individual no matter how often I have worked with the particular issue that they want to focus on.
