Established in 1995, Westcoast Properties is one of the most successful independent and family-run estate agencies in the area. Developed initially through the running and management of a professional property portfolio, expansion occurred through a strategic programme of branch openings. Weston-Super-Mare was the first office, with Burnham-on-Sea, Portishead and Nailsea following soon after. Our continued growth has led to the opening of our most recent office in Patchway, North Bristol.

Whilst Westcoast is an independent estate agency we are members of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA).
