Over twenty-five years of experience in the ground maintenance industry and as a development director designing every day and specialist cricket ground equipment Alan has created innovative methods to make the groundsman's job easier on a day to day and season to season basis which reduces costs for the organisation and improves the quality of the whole facility. Paul's experience as a fully coded welder and fabricator goes towards making it possible for organisations to deal direct with the manufacturer who understands and can respond to specific needs as all clubs are different.
