General information

We support individuals with mental health problems on their journey to recovery. We help them to rebuild their confidence and skills, regain their independence, and return to education or employment; ultimately empowering them to take back control of their lives and create a brighter future.

We use a unique and person-centred model which combines individual case management support with on-site personal development and sheltered employment through our five skills shops. The skills shops operate as social enterprises and give our clients experience in real work environments but with additional training and support and the opportunity to gain relevant qualifications. We currently offer skills shops in catering, retail, reception, woodwork, animal care, and horticulture.
