Independent Lifestyles is a company that operates with integrity and transparency who promote independence for all adults with Complex Needs including, Autism, Acquired Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities and Older Adults. We specialise in supporting adults whose behaviour may challenge us.

Training and Consultancy
Independent Lifestyles can offer one to one staffing to meet individuals specific requirements enabling customers to live healthy and independent lives in safety and comfort. There are eight Supported Living Services which accommodate a minimum of three and a maximum of seven adults, staffed at all times with highly trained and carefully selected individuals. Each house is designed and equipped to cater for a group of adults living together with specific and/or complex needs. Our day centre located in Sayers Common, West Sussex enables customers with a variety of needs to access a range of activities in a therapeutic and calm environment to develop specific skills and encourage both self-esteem and confidence.

Independent Lifestyles has been established for over 15 years operating to the highest of standards specifically to care for and support vulnerable adults, ensuring they reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Training & Consultancy:

Independent Lifestyles Training Solutions offers a range of accredited training products designed for the Social Care Sector. Training can be tailored to meet the needs and requirements of the commissioning service and its customer base. The training is delivered by highly experienced and skilled operational practitioners which serves to enhance the content and delivery of the training material.
