CARTERS is a retail organisation specialising in the sale of Domestic Electric and Gas Appliances with a chain of seven stores located throughout the high streets of Sussex. Visit us at any store for an excellent choice , informed friendly advice and great prices.
HUGE CHOICE. Our Brighton store is believed to be the largest showroom of its type in Southern England. Drop in to see our Miele Experience Centre, a good sized dedicated area showing freestanding and built in products. Many appliances ranging from washing machines, dishwashers to ovens are fully working allowing customers to appreciate the ease of use and versatility of these top end products. We are a Rangemaster Design Centre showing a very large number of range cookers, hoods, splashbacks, sinks and taps in our dedicated Range Cooker section to the rear of the store. This are includes a Stoves centre, a Leisure Centre as well as products from Falcon and Mercury. We are also main agents and centres for AEG, Beko, Bosch, the largest Blomberg centre in the UK, also Hotpoint, Indesit, Neff, and Panasonic, Siemens and Zanussi. Customers can also view a large range of ovens, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, hobs and hoods in manufacturer dedicated kitchen displays.

We trade in Sussex having seven stores covering the area from Worthing through to Brighton & Hove, Newhaven and north to Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Lewes including areas in Southern Surrey.

FREE DELIVERY. Our delivery vans cover all of Sussex and parts of Surrey. There is no charge for any item or batch of items within the BN or RH postcodes costing in excess of £150. We do deliver to other parts of the UK Mainland outside of this area subject to the postal address and type of product.
LARGE WAREHOUSE. Our 37,500sq ft warehouse in Storrington allows us to stock large numbers of the most popular machines that often allows your new machine to be installed within a very short period of time. Free delivery is offered throughout Sussex and most non gas appliances can be connected without charge. Your old machine can also be removed and sometimes recycled all for a nominal charge. Please ask our staff for full details of the services we offer our customers.
SECURE PAYMENTS. Our transactions online and in store are processed through Barclays Online Merchant Services. This means that you can be assured that your credit details are kept secure and safe.
KEEN PRICES-PRICE PROMISE We calculate our selling prices by applying a keen competitive mark up percentage to the agreed manufacturer's cost price. Most major credit cards are acceptable for payment, or you can send a cheque payable to 'Carters Domestic Appliances'. We know it is most important to our customers that we are competitive on pricing. We believe our prices are very low but guarantee to match any high street store in Sussex on the day of sale, like for like on every single item we sell. The product must in stock at the competitors store and be a current model capable of being purchased by ourselves.
INSTALLATION SERVICES. Our trained delivery crew can provide a total installation service involving delivery, disconnection and removal of connected machines, installation of the new appliances and removal of all packaging. Please ask our sales team for details of alternative options to suit your requirements.
AFTER SALES SERVICE. We consider after sales enquiries and problem solving essential to our business. Customers can be assured that we want your purchase to be of great value from day one to many years in the future.
