General information
Brighton Natural Health Centre is a registered charity originally set up by Infinity Foods in 1981 offering accessible classes to the local community. One of the first places in Brighton to offer a variety of yoga, dance and other movement forms.
We are proud to bring you some of the best teachers in Brighton and the UK. Each has been chosen because of their commitment, experience and ability in their chosen field. Several of our teachers have in turn inspired and trained others to become teachers.
