Nutrition changed the course of my life.

I suffered with chronic Endometriosis during my twenties. Each month I would nearly pass out with the pain. To add insult to injury, the doctor told me that I would never be able to have children. So I went to see a nutritional therapist who specialised in female health. I listened. I changed my diet. It changed my life.

Today I’m a mother of three.

For the last twelve years I’ve used my knowledge of nutrition to help other women manage issues relating to female health - ranging from fertility and stress to symptoms connected to the menopause. First as a nutritional practitioner in two Harley Street clinics, then as a nutrition supplement formulator for some of the biggest brands in the Europe.

After seven years of intense research, I became aware of the principles and benefits of Food-Grown® supplements - essential nutrients combined and grown in live food to create a nutrient-rich food complex that the body can absorb easily and use effectively.
