General information

Tina's Kitchen is a genuinely healthy food place - I am a nutritional therapist with a keen interest in cooking so we provide meals with:
Lots of vegetables
Healthy fats
Good quality protein
Low carbohydrate
No added sugar

Everything is also, ALWAYS, gluten free, including the stock in the shop (there are a couple of things I didn't realise contained gluten but they won't be re-stocked).

It is important to me that your food is satisfying and does you good, so you won't find any cheap unnecessary and un-nourishing ingredients.

You can eat in or take away, and we have a range of frozen single serving meals (meat, fish and vegetarian stews), just ask.

We make gluten free bread (made from seeds and buckwheat flour), beanjacks (like a soft oatcake), seedjacks (a savoury, grain free flapjack) and lots more, including sweet potato chocolate truffle cakes and date and almond cakes; both are made with ground almonds.

We also serve hot and cold drinks including tea, coffee and herbal teas - some fresh herb teas are available too. Cold drinks include coconut water, kombucha and cherry juice.

Saturdays are a moveable feast! Mostly closed for my courses and workshops, but occasionally open when these aren't running. Ring to check. You'll know we're open when the flags are out! (Bunting)
