We love the outdoors, we love living in Brighton, we are free spirited and we love movement, so we seamlessly combine these attributes and select the creme de la creme in personal trainers, to offer home based training, outdoor training and STUDIO based sessions (we understand not everyone likes the wind in their hair!) and we work very very veryhard to make sure everyone attains the targets they came to us for.
We do this by harnessing what you have naturally and gently pushing you through your programs whilst respecting your body’s natural rhythms and teach you how to move with more skill and agility so that you can grow a leaner, stronger, more flexible and injury free body.
