If you're looking for gentle exercise in a friendly social atmosphere there is no better pastime than Scottish Country Dancing - we hope you will come along and give it a try. RSCDS Cheshire Branch meets on Wednesday evenings from 7.00 to 10.00 p.m. at the Community Centre, Tarporley CW6 0AY, from September through to late May. Our classes are led by qualified RSCDS teachers; the first hour is devoted to basic steps and formations and is ideally suited to beginners. Then we have progressively more challenging dances from 8.00 p.m. onwards. You don't need a partner - we all take turns to dance with each other. All you need to get started is a pair of soft, flexible shoes. Fun, friendship and fitness - what more could you want?
