Foiling, or foil blocking, is the traditional process of applying metallic or pigment foil to paper or card by pressing it into the material using a heated die. Offering a metallic finish over large areas creates maximum impact, while finer foiled details create a subtle but luxurious finish. However, it used to come at quite a price. Now, thanks to our new technology we can produce stunning, digitally foiled products without the hefty price tag.

At our 10,000 square foot printing premises, based in the heart of Cheshire, our team designs and manufacturers all products in-house. What’s more, we can foil almost any product in-house too! Here at Foiling Office we can produce a wide range of digitally printed products, up to A3 in size, that can then be customised with foil, spot UV varnish or even laminate, using our digital foiling machine.
