General information
Carers Choices is an independent local charity supporting unpaid carers and the people they care for. We provide advice, information and a range of services. These include Respite in the Home, Day Care for adults with disabilities, young carers groups and peer support groups.
There are some six million people in Britain who care for others. Many of these reach a turning point at which they feel they need help ...where they may simply need a break or more regular support. This is what we do.
No-one cares more than Carers Choices, not just in the scale of what we do or the 32 years experience that we have, but in the way we define care. Crossroads Carer Support Staff are not here today and gone tomorrow. They love their work, and their training and long experience mean they understand what carers, and those they care for, need and feel.
