We are a boutique external recruitment agency, working in partnership with progressive companies, resourcing the best talent for positions in the Financial Planning advice space. We aim to build strong, long-term relationships with employers and advisers, connecting like-minded people and tailoring our service to each Financial Planning Practice.

Antony George Recruitment are specialist recruiters, focusing solely on the financial services industry. We source and carefully select competent and professional Regulated Financial Advisers and Planners, Mortgage Advisors and the associated support roles for our clients. We endeavour to deliver the right candidate for the right position from our quality approved talent bank combining our industry expertise and resourcing knowledge to provide a specialist service to both employers and candidates.

What makes us different?

We are a dedicated team, with first hand experience and knowledge of working within retail banking and wealth management. We have a trading Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) partner who understands the regulated role from both the client and candidate point of view, able to relate to the challenges and opportunities advisers face in terms of technology, writing business, the FCA and compliance. This expert knowledge provides us with the ability to identify quality candidates that are able to meet the high standards that the financial services industry and employers demand. We are full members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), Corporate Advocates of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, and adhere to the Professional Code of Recruitment Ethics.
