We are a building services AutoCad draughting service provider based in the UK, giving you the ability to outsource your CAD work.

Specialising in building services, providing mechanical, electrical, HVAC & Public health drawings for construction or record level. We provide a full survey/coordination service or work from provided site mark ups.

Maintenance

Our maintenance division concentrate on facility maintenance tasks and repairs of most services to the commercial client, we carry out Electrical, Mechanical, Roofing, Plumbing and general building repairs to maintain your companies property.

We provide cleaning services via a reach cleaning system for internal and external cleaning of glass, deep cleaning of common areas, rope access for hard to access cleaning and repair works.

Our maintenance team will also be able to organise the testing and certification of your lifting equipment, cradles, harness eye bolts and Portable Appliance Testing.
