Wood Farm Cottages

General information

Hidden down a long country lane discover eight spacious cottages; sleeping 2 – 6 and tastefully converted from traditional Norfolk flint barns.

These cottages are well maintained and features include exposed flint walls, beams, a woodburner and a four poster bed. All cottages are very well equipped and have colour televisions, DVDs, microwaves, and dishwashers. Wifi and broadband accessible in all cottages.

Central heating and hot water comes from 2 Biomass boilers; (some) electricity from solar panels.

Outside there is a superb play area with zip wire, trampoline, wooden climbing frame, large slide, tyre snake, sand pit and swings.
Inside there is a games room with a pool table and dart board; football, badminton and table tennis can be played in the barns.

Wood Farm offers quiet country walks and magnificent views and is convenient for visiting the coast, Norfolk Broads and Historic Georgian Holt with the village pub a mere 10 minutes on foot.
