D.Dunk, Lewis & Graves was founded in 1985 by a merger of D. Dunk ( Estate Agents) and Lewis & Graves Chartered Surveyors bringing together two long established firms with connections in the town since the 1950’s.

With over 60 years experience of the local property market D. Dunk, Lewis & Graves are able to offer informed advice on property values for most purposes not least the sale of residential and commercial property.

We also offer the RICS HomeBuyer service which includes an inspection of the property you wish to buy, a report which identifies what the Surveyor considers to be the most important issues, the Surveyors opinion of the market value and the insurance reinstatement cost. We can also provide valuations for Probate and matrimonial disputes.

As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The National Association of Estate agents we are required to conduct our business in accordance with their Codes of Practice.

During 2013 we have extended and refurbished our town centre offices and upgraded our computer systems enabling us to offer a much improved experience for our Sellers and Buyers and display 240 properties in our enlarged showroom.

The Partners are involved in the business on a daily basis supported by experienced staff in all departments and, with our long established relationships with Solicitors and other professional advisers, are able to liaise with them to achieve as smooth a move as possible for all concerned by constantly monitoring the progress of the sale.

We are Local Agents for the Santander Banking Group and are able to offer full banking services including deposits, withdrawals and investments.

In 2004 D. Dunk, Lewis & Graves were invited to join Relocation Agent Network, a network of over 600 selected estate agents covering 1000 locations throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
