1976! It seems a long time ago now but over 35 or so years there isn't much that hasn't come across my desk (obviously didn't have a desk at the start, just a broom), after years of working for other people at the Lady Bailey site the opportunity came during the mid 90's to purchase the site - what timing!

It was more money than the bank would lend (sounds familiar!) but after many late nights and practically selling everything else available the deposit was raised and the mortgage payments started. Since owning Lady Bailey Caravans, many new franchises have been tried but only one has stood the test of time; one that could give us the aftersales service that we could then give the customer and the decision was taken some years ago to specialise and focus exclusively on the Bailey brand.

We are recognised in the industry as one of the top Bailey retailers anywhere in the UK, bourne out by the fact that customers travel hundreds of miles to buy from us. Whats our secret? Keep things simple at every point in the business, treat your staff well and they will treat your customers well. If we have a customer or a complaint I would remind my staff that they are the same thing - we enjoy what we do and we do it well.
