I'm a driven, analytical, efficient person who continually strives to find the best solution for every task I undertake.

My journey within eCommerce started back in 2002 as a private buyer/seller on eBay, in 2006 I started a business that soon started trading on-line through an osCommerce store and selling on eBay too. Over the years the direction of my businesses have changed just like the markets we sell in and the customers we compete for ultimately.

Approximately three and a half years ago I started using Magento, although by the nature of the beast it can be complex to understand, resource hungry when hosting is considered and bespoke development can be costly, I have no doubt it is the best platform to sell on-line with today and ultimately build a multi-channel business which can be managed from one single place.

Apologies if your wondering where I'm going with all this, but please read on :)

Due to my diverse background is markets, selling tools, requirements and my personal approach of wanting to learn everything that the working day throws at me. I truly believe that I can be a great asset to work with during your eCommerce journey, I understand things from both sides of the table, a buyer and a seller.

You only have to ask yourself how many times you have dealt with a developer, website administrator or designer and wished they understood things more from the perspective of the business owner(you) or the customer, who ultimately without them we would no business at all.
